This is a template to help communities assess where progress is being made towards regional resilience goals in two domains: transportation and the environment. 

Use each assessment as a tool to support the resilience planning process, catalog successes being made, and chart a path towards greater resiliency. Complete each assessment as a group to help record progress as well as spark internal capacity building and ideas for the future. Each assessment can also be used as a tool to communicate needs with MVRPC. 

The MVRPC region has four Regional Resilience Goals. Each goal has associated strategies to accomplish the goal. This assessment contains a prompt for each strategy and goal. 

1. Write 1-3 paragraphs on efforts your community is making for each goal and strategy. 
   
   

2. Rate your progress on that effort on a resilience effort maturity scale from “Not Developed” to “Refined and Integrated.” For example, if your community has created a recovery policy, protocol, or program that has been created but not tested, you would rate the effort as "Developed." Your score will be visible by goal after submission.
